All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, delivery and erection. NB: Prices quoted for building to take tiled roof do not include cost of actual tiles or cost of fitting tiles. This cost will depend on type of tiles required. Prices also do not include foundations. We can, however, arrange for these to be done. Please ask for more details. **Garages built to take a tiled roof would have the framing size increased to 50mm x 100mm (4" x 2") green pressure treated. Structural bracing plywood added between framing and cladding to increase stability and protect against wind shear. Engineered roof trusses would be installed at 600mm intervals. Because of the weight and construction of the panels, buildings of this type generally have the finished cladding installed on site, using this method we are able to use the longest lengths of material possible, this minimises the amount of joints on the outside.
